I’m looking for a book with a lot of information on breastfeeding. This is my second child but my first time breastfeeding and I don’t know too much yet. I can’t go to meetings or anything like that because I have no car and no way of getting around especially with two kids. Can anyone recommend a good book?

I know in Utah, the state code states that public breasfeeding, and showing he breast incidental to breastfeeding cannot be conisdered a lewd act. This makes breastfeeding protected in Utah.
What states are not yet as progressive as Utah as far as breastfeeding?

I’m planning on stopping breastfeeding my 15 month old daughter soon, but I don’t know how to go about it. I don’t know anything about it, so please forgive my innocence of the subject. Does it hurt? Am I likely to get overly emotional about it? Or do you think that maybe I should just wait and see if she loses interest in breastfeeding?
I only feed her at night to get her sleepy, and then again if she wakes up during the night. Please don’t give me lectures about her having created a dependancy on me to go to sleep, I know that this has happened.

I have 20 lbs to lose. And I really wanna lose it. I am losing weight slowly. A pound or two a week. Does this ever plateau or will I continue to lose it til its gone. My Dr said breastfeeding is like running 3 miles a day. If that were the case, the weight would be gone by then.
